How do I shop on your website?

To shop on our website; Add the product (s) you want to buy to your cart. To purchase the products in your cart, first click the “CART” link in the top right corner and then click “COMPLETE SHOPPING” on the page that opens.

If you are a member of our site; Please login with your e-mail address and password. If you have logged in before this stage, you will skip to the next stage. If you do not have membership on our site; Click “CREATE ACCOUNT” button and fill in the required information completely.


How do I check the status of my order?

- After logging in  Click “MY ACCOUNT” then “MY ORDERS”. On the screen that opens, you can see the status of all your past and current orders. You can click on the “DETAIL” link next to the relevant order to review in detail.

Can I add a new product to my order after I complete an order? 

- Once your order is complete, it is not possible to add any products to the order.

Can I cancel any product or the entire order after I create the order?

You can cancel your order before it is delivered to the cargo and return it after it is delivered. To cancel any product (s) in your order;

-Check the status of your order from “MY ACCOUNT” then “MY ORDERS” tab.
If your order is in the status of IRL PREPARING ”, you can cancel your Customer Service (PHONE NUMBER) from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. If your order is is “DELIVERED TO CARGO” cancellation will not be possible. However, you can return the product (s) free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo after receiving your order. Once your cancellation is approved by us, the bank will refund the cost of the canceled product to the credit card you have paid within 30 business days. If you have paid by credit card, this information received by your bank will be reflected on your credit card statement according to the working principles of the bank.

- In case you have problems, you can concant us by filling out our concant form or by calling our Customer Service on the weekdays between 10:00 - 18:00 

Can I place an order to be sent to an address abroad or to TRNC?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be sent abroad at this time.
