RETURN CONDITIONS AND RULES

You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of invoice. The original package and packaging of the product you are returning must be intact. Products without packaging or defective products are not refundable. You must send the shipment and the warranty document together with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, shipping costs are paid by us. In other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping. It is not possible to return non-returnable products (eg, products that require one-to-one contact with the body during use, earphones, underwear), disposable products, reproducible software and programs, licensed products, products that break down quickly or expire. DVD, VCD, CD, cassette, portable computer, mobile phone, consumables (toner, cartridge, etc.), such as cosmetic products in order to be returned to the packaging and / or protection tape must not be opened. If the product is invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice for the product must be issued by the relevant company.

CANCELLATİON AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction with the products you purchase, any problems arising from production and service are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.

You can find below the necessary conditions for us to serve you better and faster about product returns; Product returns are not accepted if any of these are missing.

a- Return of used or damaged products is not accepted.

b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with the standard accessories as delivered within 14 days.

 

  1. WAYBILL AND INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

    a- Waybill or invoice of the product must be sent for the return process.


    ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND RETURN CARGO FEES


    a- If the product (s) you want to return is defective, if it is sent to our contracted cargo companies, the shipping fee is covered by our company.

    b- In case the products that come to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account is at the discretion of your bank. Credit card refunds are credited to the account within 7 days.

    c- You can send the products to be returned with Yurtiçi Cargo free of charge.

     
    DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED


    The product to be returned can only be delivered by the contracted cargo companies. In addition, return and transportation costs of the products we receive with any cargo company will not be accepted.

General return conditions are as follows;

- Refunds must be made with the original box or packaging.

- Refund of the original box / packaging (eg, products that have been affixed with a shipping label on the original box and taped with cargo duct tape) is not accepted for products that have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer.

- You must send the original invoice (all copies of it) and the reason for return with the product you wish to return.

- If the product (s) you want to return is defective, shipping costs are covered by our company. In this case, you will need to ship with contracted cargoes. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.


ORDER CANCELLATION


Dear customers, you can cancel orders thatyou have given wrong or given up. Sometimes e-mails may be checked late due to workload. There is a possibility that the product will be shipped. If the product is not shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be refunded in the same way as the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted and refunded.
